It is with a heavy heart that we  let you know that Vision Source Boise closed its doors effective October 16, 2026.

Serving you and your family has been an honor and a privilege. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in our team over the years. We have truly enjoyed getting to know so many wonderful patients and being part of your eye care.

Your Medical Records

We are working hard to make sure your records get transferred to a great optometrist and that they are taken care of and maintained in accordance with state and federal requirements. The details of the record transfer are still upcoming and will be sent out as soon as we are able. If you're in need of your records emergently please contact our office at drclark@vsboise.com or call 208-322-8381 and leave a voicemail otherwise, please be patient with us as we work through this process. *If you request your records to be sent to you via email please know that they will be unencrypted.
